QUALITY CERTIFICATION

Cisam Impianti was certified in 2002 according to the UNI EN ISO 9002: 1994 standard, thus satisfying all the requirements of the model for quality assurance in the design, manufacture, installation and after-sales service of systems for the mechanical industry. 
The company has maintained the certification through subsequent renewals and is currently certified according to the most recent UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
Cisam Impianti has always had the intention of planning, executing, monitoring and improving both operational and support processes by implementing the quality management system as a means to achieve the objectives. The customer and his satisfaction are at the center of every activity. The application of the standard starts from the definition of the procedures for each single process identified within the company organization.
All with a careful analysis of business opportunities, the definition of the corporate mission and its expression through the quality policy.
