The feeding lines and oscillating cutting dies that are part of the so-called "blanking lines" including press and stacker device at the end of line, are systems that are used for cutting "blanks" sheets to the automotive industry and its suppliers as well as to steel service centers.

The blanking lines are used for the production of pre-cut "blanks" in steel, also with high resistance or aluminum, dedicated to the production of car body panels, internal and structural parts or for the subsequent "Tailored blanks" laser welding. Characterized by high production capacity, they are able to feed mechanical or servo presses at high speed even with very long pitches. The need of an absolute absence of defects on the surface of some kind of pieces produced may often require the presence of a washing machine for washing the material in combination with a leveller in order to comply with extremely low planarity tolerances.

OSCILLATING CUTTING DIES

The oscillating cutting dies are used in Blanking lines for cutting sheets of different geometries: rectangular, trapezoidal, wave and curvilinear.
The upper part of the die does not need a fixed connection to the press slide. The oscillation angle (up to +/- 35 °) is controlled by servomotors and it is possible to reach production speed up to 80 strokes/min.
The adjustment of the gap is motorized and can be set by program. All Cisam Impianti oscillating cutting dies are equipped with a hydraulic damping system to avoid unwanted vibrations and oscillations, especially when working at high speeds.
