This machines series has been developed with the precise purpose of automating the welding process in the stamping lines, profiling, laminating and rewinding lines allowing to work continuously, or forming large format coils or reels, welding with the TIG process head and tail of the strip in a quick and accurate mode.
The obtained welds have such characteristics to prevent the strip breaking during the following transformation operations, with the considerable advantage of reducing downtime during the coil change, reducing the risk of breakage in the progressive dies and eliminating the waste of each coil.
