The compact lines have been specifically designed to feed transfer or progressive presses with extremely small spaces required but at the same time maintaining high performance and excellent straightening quality. This type of lines is suitable for processing strips with widths up to 2.000 mm, thickness up to 7 mm and coils weighing up to 25 tons.

High performance feeding lines dedicated exclusively for the automotive sector which increasingly requires the use of high strength steels even over 1200 N/mm2. Designed with a high number of straightening rollers, they allow to eliminate the internal tensions of the material through an adequate plastic deformation, ensuring optimal straightening. They can also be equipped with a cassette change system with different banks of rollers (different diameters, number of rollers and types of coating) to always maintain optimal plasticization values ​​of the fibers according to the different ranges of thicknesses and characteristics of the materials.

Designed for highly technological fine blanking processes, capable of guaranteeing a high level of flatness of the sheet metal and thus allowing to reach the highest quality level of the cutting profile of the finished product. This type of lines offers the possibility of processing strips with widths up to 600 mm, thicknesses up to 17 mm and an elastic limit up to 650 N/mm2.
